Message	It was a royal pain, I bought a press for it and took most of them out that way with some use off a torch to help persuade them. I also used an assortment of hole saws, then a sawzall to cut the rings out. But be careful as you dont want to cut into the arms themselves. Personally I only found the threaded bar trick useful for putting in the more stubburn of the new bushings like the shocks.
